REFUND & RETURN POLICY

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Our standard policy is not to offer refunds for digital downloads, including MP3s, PDFs, videos, podcast subscriptions, etc. However, if you feel the digital download or subscription you purchased did not meet your expectations based on the product description on this website, we will consider your refund request on a case-by-case basis. This policy is in effect up to 48 hours after your purchase.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (DVDs, CDs, MERCHANDISE)

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, except for items damaged in transit.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

LIVE PERFORMANCES TICKET SALES

We do not offer refunds for live performance ticket sales unless the event is cancelled. If an event you purchased tickets for is cancelled, a full refund will be provided within 72 hours of the cancellation announcement.

EVENT PRODUCER POLICIES

PAYMENTS TO EVENT PRODUCERS

Montuno Productions (Conjunto Music) will pay event producers within 3 business days after the successful presentation of the event. Payment methods include Zelle, direct deposit, company check, PayPal, or Venmo. Event producers are responsible for any transfer fees incurred by using PayPal or Venmo.

CHARGEBACKS

Event producers shall promptly reimburse Montuno Productions (Conjunto Music) for any chargebacks initiated by event attendees for any reason. Montuno Productions reserves the right to withhold future payouts until chargebacks are resolved.

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

Event producers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Montuno Productions (Conjunto Music), its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or related to the event, including but not limited to claims related to the venue, ticket sales, or attendee conduct.
